These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and rs77 (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of the rs77 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services. By creating an account or placing a wager on rs77, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written and governed in English. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

rs77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform. While every reasonable precaution is taken to secure your personal data, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely risk-free and you use the platform at your own risk with respect to data transmission security.

All transactions on rs77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rs77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are credited in real time for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most mobile wallet withdrawals are completed within a few hours of approval.
• rs77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rs77 accepts no liability.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

rs77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately, with real money applied to wagers first.
• rs77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited, the terms applicable at the time of credit will continue to apply.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, or exploiting system errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players in Bangladesh only. rs77 may impose geographic or payment-method restrictions on individual promotions at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rs77 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rs77, regardless of the device, IP address, name, or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Money laundering or using rs77 to process, transfer, or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity of any kind.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in match-fixing or outcome manipulation in connection with any betting market on rs77.

Any detected instance of prohibited activity will be investigated thoroughly. rs77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where applicable. The decision of rs77 on matters of prohibited activity is final and binding.

All content on the rs77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rs77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the rs77 platform without prior written consent from rs77. Unauthorised use of rs77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

rs77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs77 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. rs77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall rs77 be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the platform. rs77's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of rs77 to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
